Tammi Van Hollander, LCSW, Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S™), and Registered Sand Therapist Consultant/Trainer (RST-C/T)
Founder, Co-owner
Tammi Van Hollander, LCSW, RPT-S, RST-C/T is an internationally recognized play therapist, sandtray therapist, TEDx speaker, author, educator, and founder of Main Line Play Therapy. With more than 30 years of experience, she helps children, parents, families, professionals, and organizations navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and discover new possibilities for growth, resilience, and connection through play, creativity, storytelling, and experiential learning.
Tammi believes that every behavior has meaning and that when we begin to understand what drives our reactions—and the reactions of others—judgment can give way to curiosity, frustration can soften into understanding, and compassion can begin to grow. Grounded in neuroscience, attachment, creativity, and human connection, her work helps people move beyond limiting stories and discover new possibilities within themselves and others.
An internationally sought-after speaker, trainer, and consultant, Tammi has presented across the United States and around the world. She delivered the keynote at the inaugural Association for Play Therapy Conference in Kenya, co-taught the first sandtray therapy training in China, presented at the inaugural Neuroscience of Play Therapy Conference, and has developed and led professional training programs for school districts, organizations, and helping professionals. Through keynotes, workshops, retreats, and experiential learning experiences, she has inspired thousands of participants to think differently, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
Tammi is the author of Casey's Greatness Wings and The Bibliotherapy Toolbox and the creator of The Loving Stop Sign™, Greatness Sticks®, and Greatness Cards™. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.
Whether she is working with children and families, training professionals, consulting with organizations, or speaking to audiences around the world, her mission remains the same: to help people move beyond judgment, embrace curiosity, strengthen connection, and discover new possibilities for growth and transformation.
