Katie Saphire, is an occupational therapist with a passion for working with children. Graduating with her Masters degree in 2018, Katie has worked the past 7 years supporting her patients and families through a holistic lens. She has previous experience working in early intervention, ABA supports, and pediatric outpatient intensive therapy programs. Katie specializes in working with children with neurological disorders. She has a passion for seeing children thrive and make progress towards their individual goals.

Katie’s continued drive to provide the best services possible has led her to obtaining multiple certifications such as DMI Intermediate Level A, VitalStim for feeding and swallowing, Astronaut protocol for visual-vestibular-auditory supports, primitive reflex integration, therapeutic listening program, and vestibular rehabilitation from the American Institute of Balance.

Based on her multiple years of experience, Katie has extensive knowledge and treatment approaches to support an individualized plan of care for each patient. Treatment approaches can potentially address gross and fine motor skills, NMES and TASES, sensory motor approaches, visual-vestibular and ocular motor skills, safe feeding and swallowing for dysphasia, SOS sensory approaches, and more.
